Jacob Powroznik at 2016 Bassmaster Classic Bracket

NIAGARA RIVER, BUFFALO, New York (July 20 – 23rd)

Jacob Powroznik was fishing at the 2016 Bassmaster Classic Bracket in Buffalo, New York for a bid in the 2017 Bassmaster Classic.  The event is a bracket style fish off with eight Bassmaster Elite fisherman that qualified for this event.  The match-up had Jacob fishing against his roommate and good friend Koby Kreiger who’s only shot at getting to the Bassmaster Classic next year was to win this out right.  Jacob made a decision to lay down his rods on day two of the tournament to allow Koby to advance to face Kevin Van Dam in the semifinal match-up.  If you want to see what the fishing community is talking about check out this link:
