“The Beauty of Racing”

I don’t think any racing movies have ever won an Oscar.  That’s not really the point, though, is it?  We can’t count the times we’ve watched Grand Prix or LeMans or, more recently, Rush.  It is not really the acting that draws us to the films – but we certainly think they could have won for best sound track!  And how about James Garner in Grand Prix?  Honestly – we watched for the cars and the racing.  And maybe just a little bit for Franciose Hardy.
